Delivering the North East Excellent Manager standard (OD 139)
The North East Excellent Manager programme is a three-module managerial leadership development programme which focuses on developing leadership behaviours including managing oneself, getting the best out of others, and managing change. It was delivered to 600 people between 2006 and 2008 (funded by the former Improvement Partnership) and a further 370 places have been funded in 2009-10. All North East councils and FRSs are taking NEEM places.
