Hartlepool's Stuart Drummond sole UK entrant in World Mayor Contest

Stuart Drummond, the Mayor of Hartlepool is the only mayor from the UK to be shortlisted in the World Mayor contest.
Elected to the post for an unprecidented three times Mayor Drummond list of achievements are there for all to see including bringing the Tall Ships Race to Hartlepool 7th-10th August 2010.
More than a million people are expected bringing millions of pounds into the local economy.
