Enabling Good Conversations

This project aims to support the development of good conversations with communities about issues, choices and priorities in tough financial times. This will involve research and the application of mapping tools with each local authority to help identify how strong their neighbourhoods are and how effective their work is to engage and empower their communities. The aim is to lead to more informed and better decision-making, a stronger role for communities in decision-making and service design and delivery and more targeted, effective and efficient use of resources by local authorities and their partners.
